by its reflective surfaces, WINTHERM® is a genuine thermal barrier. it reflects heat in the form of infra-red radiation in the higher air gap. This air gap is ventilated by the ventilation holes, sewer and ridge sheathing. By its very low emissivity, WINTHERM® limits the thermal radiation towards the roofs.
